Sample relations not properly copied

  When I copy a preset from a soundfont to a new soundfont, relations between samples are lost, i.e. left/right for stereo samples.

  Tools>Global>Link all stereo samples

  apart from that; instruments that produce seperate sounds for the left and the right ear dont exist
