Segfault on open/save dialog

  Polyphone git, ubuntu 16.04, QT 5.5.1.
  I ran "qmake", "make". Then ran RELEASE/polyphone. When I try to open a file, it crashes. When I drag-drop a file into Polyphone, it doesn't crash. Saving is fine. When I try to create a new soundfont and "save to path", it crashes similarly.

  It looks like it crashes trying to load icons...
  
  Should I do a debug build?

  I just installed Ubuntu in a virtual box with Qt 5.5.1. I built Polyphone but everything was fine, I wasn't able to reproduce the bug... Is it a problem with your installation of Qt? I noticed that the package libqt5svg5-dev was required.
