v1.9 Crash: When you click on one of the presets

    With some soundfonts, Polyphone v1.9 crashes when you click on one of the presets.(*1)
    I have added the smallest soundfont example found that has this problem.
    The same SoundFont works fine in 1.8.

    (*1):Even if this soundfont was made with polyphone.
