Does Polyphone support dls files?

    I am trying to jailbreak my EWI solo by adding my own custom dls files but it seems to be an outdated midi sampling filetype. Im assuming that was Akai's intention to make it proprietary tho.

    well, support... Polyphone is not against .dls files, but i cant see any use of a .dls file in a soundfont.
