  i dont know without seeing the sample. maybe the loop exceeds the sample. a loop must have its end 10 cycles before the end of the .wav

  I added an algorithm for detecting the quality of the loop. This red exclamation mark means that when listening to the sample with the loop enabled, you will probably hear a noise at the looping point.
