In v.2.0.1 File History is stored in registry text keys "file_0" thru "file_9" and "file_time_0" thru "file_time_9" at:
    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\polyphone\Polyphone\recent_file
Deleting the contents of these keys (*not* the keys themselves) will delete the entries in the History section of the program display.

On the home screen, you can select any file in the file history (by clicking it once; clicking it twice will open it instead), then press the Delete key to remove the file from history. This can be useful if your history is cluttered with unwanted soundfonts.

    Hope that helps

Well, I have to admit that it works for me. Or maybe you didn't understand what I mean.

Oh, and I've noticed you've posted the same message twice.

    Regards, YG

    According to Wikipedia:
On many keyboards, such as most Apple keyboards, the key with the backspace function is also labelled "delete".
Does this mean that the Delete key on Apple keyboards is actually the Backspace key (and it thus works differently than on PC)? I've never used a Mac so I can't say for sure. I'm afraid to say, helping you with the problem is easier said than done.

There's nothing much I can say about this one.
