I am hoping that one day some kind person will create soundfont presets of the BBC Philharmonic orchestra samples pack that is CC License download (you are not allowed to sell the samples or use them in a commercial Reason Refill, etc).
These samples lend well to velocity mapping; the project would be a labor of love for sure.
This would be a fantasist legal orchestra library to use.
Someone has kindly compiled the BBC material into intrument categories; now you have to confert the mp3 to Soundfont, which can be done; please note the License on these items.
