    I read
    https://www.polyphone.io/o/forum/feature…le-equalization#1549
Is this the procedure, or is there another one ?

    Thank you

It should default to -2400 when nothing is set. (So it is one of the default modulators)
For higher values, you can try the method in the topic in question.
You can override it to make sure it will work with any software/synthesizer (by redefining the same modulator)

    Thank you !
    I'm on a Mac OSX 10.10.5 with Polyphone 1.8,
and until now, I can't see a toolbar as described...
Also the manual / pics don't seem to look alike...here
How do I go on with Polyphone 1.8 ?
    Sorry for the 'newby' questions...
    Best regards
  • tried on another Mac with Polyphone 2.2, and it seems to work, but Sforzando doesn't reflect it...
  • Here with Polyphone 1.8 the virtual keybord in Polyphone 1.8 doesn't reflect the filter cutoff by velocity...

  • Polyphone 2.2 :
Exported a 'working' Velocity > Cutoff filter SFZ as SFZ, reimported,
and the Velocity > Cutoff filter was gone...
Exported the 'working' Velocity > Cutoff filter SFZ as Sf2
and reimported, and the Velocity > Cutoff filter was there and works...

I think full support for modulators started with version 2.1.

Some parameters (if not suitable for import or export) may be lost when importing and exporting between sf2 and sFz formats.
Some filters in sFz cannot be imported into sf2.
The cutoff Filter in sFz is imported only if set to lpf_2p.
The sFz format is text based, you can check it with a text editor.
The mod-env part in sf2 keeps many settings in one place, not all of them can be exported as sFz.
Modulators cannot currently be exported as sFz.

So it is best to use sf2 always ?
BTW where do I set the cutoff filter to lpf_2p ?
