New improvements of the synth and the global setting tool in version 0.5.

Changelog

• synth features added (reverb, chorus)
• global setting tool improvements (display of octaves, random distribution, interactions with the mouse)
• default latency lowered for the audio server
• fixed a bug with ASIO
• automatic sample association left - right for samples whose names only differ by the last character R/L
