Polyphone v0.4 is available, improving the synth and the global setting tool.

Changelog

• added synth features (low pass filter, LFOs, tuning scale)
• copy / paste buttons for modulators
• global setting for instruments and presets: several / all instruments or presets can be selected
• automatic keyrange definition during the association of an instrument to a preset
• replacement of a sample in an instrument or an instrument in a preset
• use of the band-limited sinc interpolation for non-real time resampling
