Second release of Polyphone, adding audio and MIDI supports (v0.2).

• added support for IEEE float 32 .wav files
• Jack audio server support
• clipping when equalizing samples if necessary
• virtual keyboard
• support for MIDI signal reception
• synth to test instruments and preset (not fully implemented yet)
• superimposition effect in the graph to visualise loop matching
