  Very nicely recorded full samples for an Upright-piano.
  
  It can compete with some Grand-Piano soundfonts.
  
  Yes, there are variable tuning rates in some keys, starting from almost a few tens of cents higher and ending up a few tens of cents lower. But this may depend more on the condition of the strings or felts.
