1.8 mac error on launch

    I just tried to download the mac version and I get an error that says polyphone can't be opened because of a problem. It seems like a dependency might be missing. I'm running on OSX 10.11.6

    I too encountered this error.

    The reason for this is that the Jackmp.framework is missing from the app package.
    As a workaround, I copied this framework from the 1.7 version of the app and so got it to run.

    Maybe unrelated, but I experience frequent crashes with version 1.8.
