MIDI Keyboard Support

  I thought it would be very helpful to be able to test presets, instruments, and samples using a MIDI keyboard. Could we possibly have MIDI input support?
  
  Also, if possible to add a keyboard at the bottom of the "Edit ranges" tab?

  Everything is done already!
  
  For a virtual keyboard go in the "view" menu and it will appear either in the toolbar or in an external window
  
  For an external MIDI keyboard go in the settings of the software (see midi input)
