Feature to sort samples by Pan would be handy, wouldn't it? eg. select multiple samples to change pan from -50 to -40
Also an option to sort Presets by PresetNumber would make sense when Banks=articulations in GM compatibles, right?

I learn to go thru a DAW(reaper) before putting into polyphone, rarely change attenuation or pan value inside polyphone since. Love how easy it is to batch effects(eq, reverb, echo, surround etc) to samples, and tweak loudness along side a LUFS meter.
Really appreciate dev's dedication to open source and over the years keep debugging and improving. Great talent and great mind.
that is the right way; prepare your samples in a wave editor; crop, volume, loop settings, be careful with reverb; you can always add reverb in a soundfont editor or a sequencer, but you can never take it out.
i myself use Soundforge, but it would be nice if Polyphone had 2 departments; one for preparing samples and one for making soundfonts, so it would be easier to find the appropriate tools.
