Polyphone crash at the start on Win 10

  Hi to everyone, maybe this argument is already in the forum but i didn't found something helpful. Please can someone write me why this program crash on Win 10 but work normally on Mac? I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7, 8 Ram 250 SSD but I don't think the cause of the crsh is the hardware. Thanks in advance

  i run version 1.9 in Windows10 witrhout problems (of course with the minor bugs that are solved in later versions)

  I run version 2.3.0 in windows and it does not normally crash. However it does crash when presented with very large sound fonts.
